Excel File Size Reduce Software

Excel File Size Reduce Software is a small tool that allows you to reduce the file size of Excel documents.

The program is very easy to use. First, you have to add the file(s) you wish to compress. You can drag and drop files, browse your computer and add all Excel Files contained in certain folder, or you can manually add the file(s) you wish to process (you can select multiple files at the same time in this case too). Next, you have to click on the Reduce button, and select the destination folder where the output files will be saved. The duration of the process may vary depending upon the file(s) size. Also the file size reduction may vary from one file to another depending on their content. With files of small size you won't see too much difference.

The program was designed for Excel files older than 2003, but you can still try to reduce 2007 (.xlsx) documents. Excel 97 files and older are not supported. With the trial version you can see how to perform the process, but the Save function is disabled - you can only see the size before and after conversion.
